Walkie Talkie Schematic

Where can i get the transeiver schematic that operates between 144-149MHZ?I need it to built a walkie talkie.?

The operating frequencies must be between 144MHZ-149MHZ and should cover 20M in distance.
The circuit should cover 20Metre not 20 miles.sorry for the confusion.

144 to 148 MHz is exclusive Amateur Radio in ITU Region 2 (North America). If you operate in 144 to 148, you must hold an amateur radio license. 148 to 149 is military, you really do not want to be operating in military satellite freqs.

Hand held kit?? VHF Engineering made one 4 decades ago. You might look for Schematics, but be aware that many semiconductors that were used are now obsolete and you will not find them.
