Flash Blink Strobe How can I make a light bulb flash?

I need to know where I can buy a circuit board that will make a light bulb flash. I am not using, or going to use LED lights, or LED flasher kits. I need to make a single light bulb, 7v, Krypton light bulb flash 3 times per second. (I am not asking for substitutes) I do not want to solder a 555 timer switch or transistors or capacitors. I need to purchase hundreds of boards that do not have bulbs, that are not LED flashing kits. I don’t need soldering Schematics or circuit board plans. As you can see, I already know how to build them but now I need hundreds a month. I need to find a supplier of circuit boards that sells this type of design or configuration

I doubt you will find a premade PC board that fits your requirement exactly.

Since you know exactly what you want, design the PC board and put it out for bids to PC board manufacturers. Then contract someone to load the components and wave solder the boards.
