how do i fix the dome light on a 90 chevy silverado?

I need some help with the Wiring on a dome light for a 90 Chevy silverado. Some Schematics might help
There was some overhead lighting that thad been installed aftermarket. I took it out and then my right rear blinker light came on and stayed on (sounds weird, I know). I ended up with the white and orange wires going into the dome light and a white wire and a red wire coming out of the dome light. The brake lights and rear blinker lights didn’t work and neither did the radio and neither did the dome light. I ended up cutting the orange and white wires going into the dome light (removing the dome light altogether) and splicing the two. The left brake light and blinker work, but the right ones don’t and neither does the radio (and obviously not the dome light either). Thanks for any help.
