what is a modern replacement for a Motorola HEP50 semi conductor?

I found some Schematics for noise makers from the 50′s and 60′s and they call for Motorola HEP50 semi conductors but that part isn’t made anymore so I was wondering if there was a current semi conductor that i could use instead
