Motor Control Schematics

Frigidaire Front Load Washer – spins only counter clockwise?
Have a Frigidaire Gallery front load that will only spin counter clockwise. When the timer sends signal to spin clockwise, all I hear is a hum. After the timed phase, it then spins counter clockwise and will even go into high spin. I have replaced the timer ($83), the spin control board ($322) and motor ($100), but no change. The pump is fine as well. Have Schematics but no idea how to trace the wires, as I believe it might be a short – motor not getting enough juice to turn. Any suggestions before I have to spend another $1200 on a new machine?
Edit: I mentioned the cost of the new parts, but when I put them in and they did not fix the problem, I returned them to the appliance house for a refund. My only oout of pocket to date is the shipping and 2 hours of an unqualified technician!
You should have called a service tech before you spent al that money it sounds like a simple timer or loose wire that is causing it not to spin. I don’t see anything wrong with the motor if it was spinning to begin with.
There is a relay that causes the motor to spin opposite directions, you spent a lot of money that was not necessary.
We have a Maytag and we always get a extended warranty on everything we have and it is worth the money trust me. I have had top loaders for years and yes they break too so I always call a tech because I am an electrician and sometimes things are just so simple
Anything mechanical can break and it usually does so anyway call a tech and save your money I think you wasted a lot of money by guessing at what was wrong.
There is nothing wrong with front loaders if taken care of and they are more efficient and gets clothes cleaner anyway.
Why do you think Laundry mats have had them for years even though they do break down so do top loaders, plus they do thousands of loads of laundry.
My mother was the head housekeeper for very large chain of motes/hotels and they always used front loaders in al their laundries, and they did not break the way people think they do the top loaders broke more then they did and they had 7 top loaders and 6 front loaders.Just in the one she worked at and done laundry 24/7 7 days a week.
Call a service man and save the rest of your money trust me you wasted a ton by guessing.
Merry Christmas
