Need to test engine for a 1988 honda XR600 motorcycle without wire harness. Help!?

Hi, I picked up a 1988 Honda XR or (LX) 600. It has everything except the wire harness. Is there a way I can wire everything together myself just to see if the engine will run? Have coil, cdi, etc. I guess the better question would be, does anyone know where I can find Schematics on where the wires go? Bike bandit doesn’t seam to have an image of where the wires connect together. Thanks!

why waste time like that. invest in a used Wiring harness from ebay, and put it on. If it works and runs your done. if not resell it on ebay and move on.
