What software can i use for soi schematic, layouting and simulations?

I’m currently a student of a microelectronics course, i am looking for a good software for SOI (Silicon on Insulator) for schematic, layouting and simulations. As of now i’m using Electric for my CMOS but it doesn’t have SOI technology. I’m planning to do some logic gates using the SOI, i’m really interested on that technology. I hope you could help me with this matter. I also prefer a freeware applications. Thanks a lot for those who will help. God Bless! Later!!
