Can you describe how this circuit works?

Basically, I need a brief explanation of how the current flows through and reacts to each element.

When you press the button Q2 is turned on which then turns on Q3, this drives current into the speaker. When C3 charges up Q2 turns off this turns off Q3. When C3 discharges both Q2 and Q3 turn on again. This pattern continues as long as the push button is pressed. When the button is released R6 charges up C2 which will cause both Q2 and Q3 to turn on for a shorter time and it takes long for C3 to discharge making the output frequency lower. Eventually C2 will charge up to the point that Q2 will not turn on until the push button is pushed again. Q1 prevents the circuit from oscillating and being a siren when the power is applied.
