Ecg Schematic

Does anyone have a schematic for Integrated Circuit ECG 1322, 1281, 1333, 1346?

The phillips ECG series and the NuTone NTE series are usually identical.

Do a web search for “ECG1322 Data” and one for “NTE 1322 data” (plus of course searches for the other part numbers) and it should turn up a list of hits like this one:

That will tell you basically what TYPE of semiconductor it is — in this case a power op-amp.

You can also use NTE’s and ECG’s cross-reference guides (online verions are available as are downloadable versions) to find out what specific part these are replacements for — then you may have more luch pulling up the data sheet for the manufacturer-specific part, and that will usually have Schematics and suggested circuits in it.
